Paypal asks for my number, I add the number thats LITERALLY MY PRIMARY, says its not in my name

I have no other phone numbers beside my text-now number and home phone number, I've added both of these to my account and yet when I try to add my Paypal prepaid MasterCard it says that none of those are registered in my name, HOW IS IT NOT REGISTERED IN MY NAME IF I HAVE IT IN MY FREAKIN PROFILE DUDE. I've had problems with Paypal prepaid MasterCard tomfoolery 3 times now and am VERY annoyed that I cant just buy this card, link it to my account AND SEND MONEY.

just did a deep dive on google and found out this is what is called as the "quick security check loop" and has been happening since 2 years ago, what do I do from here? have they just ran off with my money?
