Paypal asked me to Verify my already Verified Account

I tried to transfer funds from may Paypal account to my bank account but it gives me an error:
You've exceeded your withdrawal limit. Please lift the limit and try again.

When I tried to click on "lift the limit", it says my Paypal account is Unverified, though, I've already verified this a very long time ago.
I followed the guide on Paypal on how to verify an account, when when I click the link, it says:
Your Paypal account is verified.
Your member status is: Verified 

Now, how do I Verify an already Verified account?
I tried to use the contact form but it has a character limit. I can't even explain my situation because of that 200 character limit. It's not enough to explain my situation.

I am sorry to hear that. Have you tried to clear cache and cookies of your browser? If you are experiencing the same error over and over, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
