I need help in getting the paypal code. "The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." I cant sign in to the online banking of my issuing bank as it's telling me that i am putting an incorrect information( i am certain about the information i am providing) please help. Is there any way to get the paypal code?
