Paypal account not linking to phone--why?

Hi Paypal Kenyan Community!

Can anyone assist me link my paypal account to my phone since every time I do that I am told 

"The PayPal and M-PESA accounts you've listed don't belong to the same person. Please make sure that the details in your accounts match"

My phone number is the same one for gmail as well as for paypal.

Hey, so I found myself with the same problem and happened to find an article that explaned. So here it is... Your PayPal and Mpesa accounts will not link until they have the same exact name... This actually meant I had to delete my PayPal account and create a new one with the name registered on my Mpesa account.. But after that it was fixed. I was able to link the two successfully.
