Paypal account locked

Hi there,

 

My account has been locked as of yesterday. I changed from a regular account to business account. And now my account is locked.

I did receive some emails to "fill in missing information". But all of them lead to nothing but a prompt message. "Your account is already verified" or something along the lines. I don't know the exact message. And it indeed was already verified. I also filled in any new information regarding the business account. Every message I get is saying my account is verified and is no longer locked but it is locked. I can't call any customer service all lines are dead.

I cannot send any emails and the "chat" function is hopeless because I'm not receiving any response. Can someone help me. I recently deposited 1,000EU and I cannot get it back.
