My account got hacked and this person who hacked my account transferred money into their card, I was able to see the last 4 digits of their card. I called my bank and was able to get my money back. But now I have a negative balance with Paypal. I dont know what to do, every time I call Paypal customer service doesnt answer. Also all my paypal emails I receive are in French and when I log in. Please help. I already made a dispute for unauthorized transaction but havent received a response.
