Paypal Username Change?

hey!
I...have been confused on how to change my username (seeing as that people keep seeing my real name and not my user?)
I want to change it so they see WolfMaiden and not my real name. 
I use my personal account for commissions and some donations but I cant really upgrade to business unless I get a business license and I can't go business because I don't really make enough in a year to be counted as one (way less than 3k). 
I have been searching and searching but I'm honestly just confused as what to do now.

If you are talking about your personal Paypal account then it has to be in your full legal name.
