I am new in Paypal from India , I have already a verified paypal account but its telling me that there is problem with your account .I don't know what is the issue . I have already uploaded all the required things to my paypal account .
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
