Hello, I'm not receiving any messages directed to my gmail account so I can't verify it as my secondary email account. What do I do? I can't access the primary email at all (thanks hotmail/outlook) what do I do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
