Is there any way that I can contact the customer service fast? Their contact number always gave me busy tone. I asked for a return call but they never did.
The email support help me wrongly, they messed up my legal name. I submitted a name change documents but they updated my name wrongly. They response really slow and now I cannot transact with my bank because of my wrong name on this account. I am very frustrated with them and felt disrespected.
