Hello, I opened my paypal account when I was working in Qatar but then I moved back to Egypt and open my own business. Now my account got limited and when i try to attach my business license and papers it doesnt get accepted because my business address is in Egypt and not Qatar. I cant find a way to change my paypal to Egypt instead of Qatar and I have money in my paypal account that I cant use and I am still receiving more payments from my clients on it. Please advice on what to do and how to solve this.
