Paypal Account Recovery

Paypal wanted me to reset password but the problem is, I need to verify that it's me by providing the code sent to me via email and phone. The problem is, the phone number that is registered in my account is my old number and I have no way of accessing it anymore. I also cant see any option of changing it. I need help!

For assistance with this, please contact customer service as Guest, since you’re locked out of your account:

1. Log on 
2. Click HELP at the top menu
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US
4. Scroll down to click CALL US 
5. Click PayPal Guest option

Please do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
