Paypal 4-digit code Debit Card verification

I recently added my debit card to my PayPal account and it's been 5 days but I haven't received the 4-digit code on my Debit card statement. May I know if there is another way to get the 4-digit code? I already sent multiple emails from Paypal, it's been days since I sent them but haven't heard from them 😞

I would allow a week for them to show up.
