Payment made with out authorization

A payment was made to the account with out my authorization, it was not to a vender, but to the account it's self of a large amount,, since it was a payment and not a transaction I can not use the resolution center to dispute this, my account may have been hacked or crossed with another, because it looks completely different, but has my information on it,,, how can I take care of this issue
