I recently sold some things on eBay so I had an amount in my PayPal balance. I then went on to buy a couple of things ...this came out of my balance along with payment to eBay for selling. I notice that the money for my purchases has also come out of my bank account so it seems I have paid twice for goods?
Hi @sampen2 Thank you for communicating with us. If you accidentally paid someone twice and both payments are completed, you should contact the recipient to arrange a refund of the duplicate payment. Any refunded amount will return to your PayPal balance, bank account or card, depending on how the payment was originally funded. Hope this helps.
