PayPal still won’t change my legal name it’s causing problems. I opened my account in 2001 and I’ve uploaded copies is my marriage license with license number and Judge’s name on form. I also uploaded a copy of my Drivers license with the first few numbers blackened out but the security ID still visible. Nothing was updated on my account in years. Today I tried reloading the same images and the error reads: YOUR FILENAME
