PayPal won't let me link bank account

Every time I go to link my bank account this comes up "There's a problem with your account. Please go to the Resolution Centre so we can help you resolve this quickly"

Yea I did but then comes up "We're sorry. We can't process your request right now. Please try again later" it's always done this to me and seen multiple people have the same problem

Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is it a bank account issued in your own country?

Have you had that bank account linked to previous paypal accounts and if so how many?

Does anyone else have it linked to their paypal account?
