PayPal will not accept my address as valid

I recently moved to a new city, but when I try to update my address, PayPal gives me the error: "It looks like your city, state, and ZIP code didn't match. Check them and try again." This error is blatant nonsense, since THIS IS MY LEGAL ADDRESS. There seems to be no way to send a message to PayPal. I have never received this kind of error before, and don't know what I'm supposed to do about it.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
