PayPal's red-tape bank verification system.

PayPal sent its 2 deposits of less than a dollar each to my bank account at some point more than 6 months ago, and I cannot now retrieve them. When I choose the instant verification option it says "something went wrong". I have yet to be able to make PayPal understand ANY of this and give me a workable solution.

Remove and re-add? As long as you haven't already done that x3 times or you may be locked out.
