When attempting to apply I get to a page that says “we are verifying your information “ get back to you soon. Button on bottom says “ go to summary“ when clicked I receive an email that states “ Your PayPal Account Has Been Returned to Regular Standing” and another email “ Please confirm your identity and address” with no link or information on how to do so.
