PayPal payment v identity

something from me , happy to pay £140 for it but it’s asking me for my identity proof of who it’s me ??? Never happen to me , advice please

I'm afraid I do not fully understand the issue on your PayPal account. If the PayPal account is asking you to provide a valid photo ID this is a normal requirement.
