Hello! My friend have "added" PayPal account in eBay. Seller refunded him money to this account. He forgot password to PayPal. He reset PayPal password with email. In email he have code to write. After that he ask for verification with phone number too but he does not have this phone number anymore so he cannot have this code. PayPal doesn't give another choice to recovery password. What he can do? Thanks.
