It's a minor name change from Matthews to Mathews. Tried updating it waited 7 days it wouldnt update. Tried again waited another 7 days and still wouldnt update. For some reason my name wont update.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
