I have option for a PayPal key but when I try to activate it , it only says error and to call PayPal , I’ve called PayPal 1000 times and can’t get help , automated lady has no idea what I’m talking about,, frustrating HELP
Yes, automated phone trees seem to be designed to prevent a human to human response. I some times have to resort to one of more of the following to break out of them: Repeatedly saying "agent", "operator", "representative", or repeatedly dialing "0". You might try something similar.
