Hi.
I am Ebay seller. Last login to PayPal was 3th September. All was ok but yesterday I can't login into my account. I have 2 step verification by sending to me 6 - digit code to my phone. I use it more that 10 year's in real life and in PayPal. I am from Latvia and I read that PayPal have some PSD2 ( or whatewer) new verification system. I need access to my PayPal account because we are company and sell a lot of item on Ebay. We can't work. My employee's use PayPal every day! I ask help on Twitter and Facebook but all I've got is absolute ignore! I can't even imagine how much money I pay to PayPal in fees and when I need help I don't get it!!
I just need to access to my acount.
I wrote from new PayPal account because I can't contact with any of Paypal support without it!
Please tell me what's happening and how can I get to my accsess to my acount back!
