Not to worry, if you received a text message giving you the option to mark the transaction as unauthorized and you cannot reply, the purchase should go through as normal. If it had been a case where it was unauthorized and you could not respond, you'd want to call in right away to report the activity.
Typically, it should be easy to reply. A few things can get in the way, such as:
- Replying with words instead of a number.
- Poor phone service causing a disconnect.
- A technical bug.
- Messaged timed out.
