I can't access my European PayPal account. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with PayPal customer service in Hungary (Europe)? Thanks for your time.

Thanks for the information. I was told by PayPal to call the Customer Care Hotline at[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]to take care of the issue I have. However no Account Specialist is available due to COVID-19. Can you tell me how I can have this issue resolved by contacting PayPal?

In line with this, If you’re having trouble logging in, you may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search with "How do I clear cache and cookies in (Your Internet browser name and version, for example, Internet Explorer 11)?" Or as an alternative you may want to switch to a different browser, for example you are using Google Chrome, try using Internet Explorer instead. You may want to check on these steps:
- Go to Log In.
- Click Having trouble logging in?
- Enter the email address you may have registered, then click Next.
- If an email address you entered is recognized we'll let you know.
- Click Continue to log in if you remember your password.

Hi,
Neither the cache and cookies clearing nor the use of a different browser worked. It appeares that somerhing goes wrong on PayPal's end. In fact I got an error message after I put in the new password that "Something went wrong on PayPal's end". I guess someone needs to look inside my account and see what the problem may be. Since the phone lines are currently closed all I can do is wait.
