PayPal classic view - what happened? as of Monday April 15, 2019

Just tried to access the PayPal classic site view today and was not able to get to it, although I was able to in the recent past.  Anyone else experience this?  Did PayPal finally shut it down?  Does anyone have a current workaround?  Thank you!
