PayPal changed my address to that of a shop

Ok so my parcel went missing and I have discovered that PayPal changed my default address to that of a high street shop I once had a delivery sent to ages ago. So the parcel was sent there instead of to my home address. The parcel has gone missing. Are PayPal responsible?

I rang them up and they sorted it. The parcel never turned up but I was refunded.
