PayPal cannot confirm me when I try to sign in to App

Hi community I hope someone can help me out here as I am new to PayPal.
i am having a lot of trouble signing into through the app. After I’ve entered my login information (email,password) It will come up “We’re sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you”.
but no problems signing in through website.
