PayPal app problem

Hey guys,

I just downloaded PayPal app in my iphone, but when I entered my mail and password, it jumped out a security challenge and stuck there. I put a photo of that in this message, could  anyone know how to solve the problem?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

I understand you experienced an issue when logging in to your PayPal Mobile Application. usually, an issue like this can be resolved by turning on Location Services with the PayPal app on your iPhone device. Location Services can be found in your iPhone’s Settings. 

Here’s how to turn on or off Location Services:

1. Tap Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap Privacy.
3. Tap Location Services.
4. Turn off or on all your apps’ Location Services, or find the PayPal app on the list to turn Location Services on or off.

Thank you~But the problem is still there......

My location service has been turned on, but I can't find PayPal in the list .....

Right now I live in mainland China , I use vpn to browse the website.I downloaded the PayPal app on American AppStore. So perhaps that's where the problem happens?
