Well this is a total mess. Where in the world is PayPal Customer Services on the phone? Does anyone ever answer?
I cannot pay my PayPal Credit monthly payment as I cannot login due to ( PayPal & PSD2 ) - Old email address and nobody is answering the phone at PayPal.
What an absolute mess. How can PayPal not consider that there might be an old mobile number registered. Total joke. 45 minutes on hold on the phone to PayPal. Not sure if this is actually happening but yeah, how to get out of such a pickle?
