This PayPal account wasn’t created by me, it was apparently created 10 years ago by a US citizen and my email was used in one of the registered emails. PayPal refuses to delete the account because it’s necessary to remove the limits of the account by (among others) verify one bank account that I’m not owner of. I’m an European citizen without any family or relatives in US this account was apparently never used but my email is registered on and I want my email removed or the account closed. All my attempts didn’t work PayPal is sending always the same preset answer... that I need to verify informations of someone I don’t know.
