I just now i am trying to link my eBay account with Paypal account (my paypal account is already confirmed) , but when i try to link ebay with paypal this message i get this message ´´Your PayPal account must be in good standing in order to link it to your eBay account. Please log in to your PayPal account to see how you can bring your account into good standing ´´ , i don´t know what it means, help please, what can i do in this case?
