I’ve attempted, multiple times, to use the cash check feature on my account. It’s saying I have to set up a PayPal Cash Plus account. I scroll through the terms & accept everything but, then it says the account can’t be created & to contact them. Each time I click on “contact them,” I’m never able to get anywhere with the issue. HELP!!!!!
