I received a sum of money from a friend which is show green in my recent activity which means it’s been sent . When I check my balance it comes back as £0.00 ? And explanation or reason why this has happened
This has happened to me just now. Someone bought an item of mine on Depop, PayPal has taken their cut from my current balance. So has Depop. And then they haven’t put the money I have made onto my balance. So they have basically stole money from me.
My PayPal balance is currently around £55 lower than it should be, which is the value of the two payments that went in late this afternoon and are showing as completed on my activity. If I generate a report with a running balance, it shows the correct amount, so the money isn't missing, it's just not showing the balance correctly. I'm going to take another look tomorrow in working hours and if it's still wrong I'll get on to support.
