I too am unable to successfully log in to my PayPal prepaid app. Every time I attempt to do so it tells me my accounts aren't linked or incorrect log in info. Is this similar to your experience? If I find a solution I'll be sure to send it to you. I know how frustrating it is. It sucks. Good luck!
