Hey a Guys, Hope someone can help because I can’t seem to get any help from PayPal. It’s appears my accounts has been limited with reference PP-009-110-331-913 showing I’ve submitted Driving Licence and DVLA letter (not mention of this declining) the option became available to do it again so I assumed they where declined uploaded bank statement and driving licence and again no mention of this decling however once again the option is available. Can anyone shed some light on this it’s becoming a farce? I’ve used PayPal for years and It’s no surprise they’ll receive my money yet no give me it during this time especially it’s farcical.
