Uh oh - it sounds like you may have a gift address connected to your account. Was this payment on eBay? Addresses are often remembered on eBay even if you've removed them from PayPal. I would advise contacting us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so we can review your gift addresses and remove anything that isn't wanted. It would also be beneficial to check your eBay addresses and ensure it's been removed there as well. I hope this helps!
