Hello, I want to say that I am very upset about PayPal. In 2 days they showed me how unprofessional they really are. Recently I changed my name and I said to change it on the PayPal account so I proved /send proof/ with pictures of the new identity documents and they did .... NOTHING .... some lazy people who now because of them I have blocked 3 transfers from Upwork and freelancer because the identity does not coincide with the name. How can I still trust them and pay them when they treat me without respect and they make fun of my time and money???
Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed or released soon.
