I need help n this please On multiple occasions I have attempted to go through the "help" button to get a response and because the "help requests" are being routed to the UK or India, NO ONE can explain where the money that left my Wells Fargo account-authorized by me-went to an email that was NOT tied to a PayPal account--per the email sent to me by PP--has gone. The status by the transaction says SENT not PAID like the rest. It has been over 30 days and the money did not come back, the recipient, a close friend, has not received it. I do not think it is too much to ask for help with this, but PP obviously does. Every time I have requested help, I get a different response. At the end of the day, the money left my checking by PP, did not get to the intended recipient and the middle man--PP, yet they claim they do not have it.
