Pay Pal charges

PayPal hit my account for $1.95 to verify my bank. Ok i went through the hoops and completed that stupidity, but cant see where they ever refunded my $1.95 as they said would happen. Whats up with that ?

It can take up to a week to see the funds returned - at least that what I've experienced.
