I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your password.
If you have already tried the password recovery steps using the forgot password link at login, just call us and we'll provide you with instant help for your password and security questions.
Follow the steps below to make these changes by phone:
- To call us, click Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
- When you call, we give you a 5-digit code and send you an email.
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter the 5-digit code we provided during the call.
- Create a new password and select 2 security questions to finish resetting your password.
When you call us we'll ask you for some account details to verify you own the account. Please ensure that you have your financial details available as you will need to be able to provide the last four digits of any card on your account.
