Password reset

I am attempting to reset my password. I click the button to receive a security code and it shows my right email address, but I never receive the code. I have checked spam, trash folders and no email there either. My phone number is no longer good so I can’t go that route and it never even gives me options for security questions. I have tried calling phone number for customer service and the recording said they are so busy they can’t help me.  Please help!
