Password not recognized in transactions

Hi everyone, I was waiting for a couple of payments more the other day, but they said they having problems with their Paypal pass not being recognized when they clicked on the button to pay directly to Paypal. I also checked myself and indeed my pass wasn't going through. Is it a bug or something in the App Center at the creation of the Code? I created it in "App Center", then "Accept Payments". I used the buttons on the next page, and I don't know why this error. Thank you!
