Password issue

i forgot my password from my old personal account now someone sent me a payment to that account instead of my new business account

the problem is that i cannot verify the account by getting a text because my phone number on the account docent receive SMS

Hi @ProjectAtoZ,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you received a payment in an account you can no longer access. If you're unable to access the account through any of the self-service options, please contact customer service by phone for assistance. You can get the number to call by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then clicking Call Us. You can either log in or call as a guest, but you will need to tell the representative that you're calling about a different account if you do log in using the credentials of the newer account.
