Hello. I hope you can help me. I had a new fone and couldn't or should I say didn't know how to put my old Ebay and PayPal account on to new fone. I have funds in my old PayPal account which I cannot access as it says I am putting in wrong email and password. I'm so confused. I've tried foning PayPal but after 15 minutes on the fone still no reply. I hope someone can help. Thankyou
