My husband tried to create a paypal account the other day. The system told him that he already had an account associated with that email, so he clicked on forgot password. When he clicks on forgot password, it pulls up a number he doesn't know to verify that it's him. He tried to call paypal, it rang and rang and then he got an automated response that said no one was available to take his call right now. Any idea for how he can get ahold of someone as it appears someone maybe using his email address??
