So recently I made my first sale on Ebay and it was apparently linked to my old PayPal account that I have no access to. The customer's payment went to that certain PayPal account and I am unable to remember the password for it. In this PayPal account the e-mail is unverified and they only method it is asking me for is confirmation by text. I had this account a while ago and my phone number was also different. I no longer have access to this phone number for a verification method. I tried calling to customer service and no help. I tried sending a message to the message center, nobody is there. This is what I need to accomplish...
Get a password reset send to my email and not my old phone number so I can access my account.
