My dad has a PayPal account and he did not realize that he had one. He had a stroke a few years back and I am trying to help him with his finances. I have financial Power of Attorney. He does not know his password. He does not have the same email account. He doesn't even use email anymore. He doesn't even have the same phone number anymore. The stroke made it where his speech was affected. PayPal keeps taking money out of his account each month and I don't know why and neither does he. I would like to stop PayPal from taking his money out each month and refund the money to his account. How do you get a hold of a person at PayPal? I would be glad to send them a copy of the Power of Attorney? What can I do?
